1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the StreetPoint application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Account Registration and SMS Verification

To use certain features of the StreetPoint app, truck owners must register for an account and verify their mobile phone number. By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages from StreetPoint for authentication and security purposes (OTP).

3. SMS Terms (A2P 10DLC Compliance)

• Opt-In: Consent to receive SMS is obtained during the app registration process when you provide your phone number to verify your account.
• Cancellation: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hello@streetpoint.io.
• Rates: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your login and registration activity.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and verification codes.
